Rework Jenkins Sandbox
- Instead of using 'sandbox' branch, use a seperate jjb tree.
- Jobs under 'jjb-sandbox' are uploaded to the sandbox server, and can
be re-uploaded with a 'redeploy' comment.
- All jobs, with the exception of the releng sandbox jobs, on the
sandbox server are removed once a week.

fuel: Enable 3rd party CI for fuel plugin bgpvpn
This change creates a job that gets triggered when a new patch is sent
to upstream OpenStack Gerrit project openstack/fuel-plugin-bgpvpn,
running 2 jobs fuel-verify-plugin-build-master and fuel-verify-plugin-test-master.
Jobs do nothing at the moment and they don't vote to OpenStack Gerrit.

[doctor] archive functest log after suite test
By using 'postbuildscript', functest suite log will be captured after

bifrost: Refactor bifrost jobs
This change
- Creates job templates to verify opnfv/bifrost patches
- Introduces type in order to prepare verification on baremetal
- Fixes git cloning so the job shows changes for the corresponding project
- Gets rid of unnecessary slave parameters from slave-params.yml
- Fixes build blocking
- Updates the bifrost-verify.sh script and includes in shell so we don't have
to clone releng repo separately
- Updates destroy-env.sh to create /httpboot and /tftpboot with permissions 755
- Removes daily infra-bifrost job and scripts as we don't use them at the moment

dovetail fix: set the parameter CI_DEBUG true to print logs

opnfvdocs: Store colorado.2.0 documents in different location
This patch is a workaround until more proper mechanism is put in place.
The doc-version parameter is appended to default GS_URL, changing the
storage location of the documents from
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/sfc/colorado/docs/bradys-cool-document.html
to
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/sfc/colorado/2.0/docs/bradys-cool-document.html
Documents generated from master branch will be stored in same location such as
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/sfc/docs/bradys-cool-document.html

Stop using sudoers on all servers defined
Insteaf of that, add only on compute and controller that
are going to be fully automated, but avoid running that on
jumphosts, as this may mess with exiting config.

bottlenecks: ignore unittest temporarily
through CI progress, the unittest code for bottlenecks project
has been debuged and works normally.
this patch is used to ignore unittest temporarily for unittest
test code itself passed, then the unittest will open again
and works for checking when new patches submitted.

qtip bugfix: failed to clean up qtip container
An error has happened a few times when stopping a container.

https://build.opnfv.org/ci/view/qtip/job/qtip-fuel-zte-pod2-daily-master/34/console.
Don't find the cause of this error temporarily.
Use the command "docker rm -f" to remove qtip container by force.
It is a workaround to make sure qtip ci job not blocked by this error.
According to ci log, sometimes, qtip containers are deleted failed.
This change use the command "docker rm -f" to delete containers
by force.

It's necessary to run the deployment script using 'sudo' so that
exported variables within the script are preserved in playbooks
once we gain elevated privileges.
