bottlenecks: ignore unittest temporarily

through CI progress, the unittest code for bottlenecks project
has been debuged and works normally.
this patch is used to ignore unittest temporarily for unittest
test code itself passed, then the unittest will open again
and works for checking when new patches submitted.
