Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Test case spec for SDN controller resilience in HA config

    This is the test case specification for verifying the HA capabilities
    of a SDN controller running in a HA configuration.
