Switch to the classical ping (iputils)

Ping provided by busybox doesn't support -M (pmtudisc_opt) which is
asked by [1] (part of tempest_slow).

[1] tempest.scenario.test_network_basic_ops.TestNetworkBasicOps.test_mtu_sized_frames
