Our ipmi2snmp proxy uses 2 IPs, use the secondary one since the

arm-pod1: Pin older kernel to avoid link issues
Current Ubuntu Trusty kernel `linux-image-generic-lts-xenial`,
backported from Xenial, introduced a regressiong with our
10G Extreme Networks switch - sometimes the link negotiation
fails.
This was not a problem with the previous 4.4 kernel we used,
4.4.0-45-generic (current is 4.4.0-47-generic), so pin it until
upstream fixes the rootcause.
Since the local mirror only contains the new kernel, bring back
access to public Ubuntu repos (only for this pod).
NOTE: Our admin interface is on a PCI NIC, so we will keep
using the new (faulty) kernel for bootstrap image.

armband deploy: switch to local Ubuntu/MOS mirrors
Since we now enabled local (multiarch) mirrors for Ubuntu, we
should make the automatic deploy benefit from them, and not
rely on public internet mirros at all.
FIXME: completely remove repo overrides and let dea_base set
these approapiately, after the packetary mirror rework is
merged in Fuel@OPNFV (FUEL-223).

Provide access to mgmt network from host level
Functest framework is trying to access internal endpoints from host
level which currently is not possible in virtual deployments.

Corrected PUBLIC network mismatch and added S_berg fix for naming as well.
updated with correct ensX numbering
This is now using the defaults for networking.
Fixed 10.20.0.X/24 gw as well - this should point to 10.20.0.1

Rebasement of Fuel8 deployment configuration files and scenarios
Note:
- Most of the POD configuration files resides in the securedlab repo
- The securedlab repo is very restricive, cause it carries Lab internal
secrets
