Adding the maas deployment script. This will deploy the maas in a
VM. Also add a bootdtrap node. deploy.yaml will contain the config
file to deploy the openstack release.
deployment.yaml will be lab specific where it will install the
maas in a particular lab.

modified readme to explain the MAAS as pre requisite for bare
metal deploymnet and how it should configure before the juju
deplyment.

modified the default bundle deployment to ODL. Also updated the
localtion of the openvswitch charm from local to branch.

Added execute permission on clean.sh and deploy.sh
Added the command line parameters in deply.sh for having various
options in the deploy script. Options are -s "sdn type" -t
"deploy type" -o "openstack" -l "lab"
Based on options aboe we can deploy any combination using the same
script.

restructure the directory structure so that we can have directories per
SDN and then we can have same structure for new distro by adding just
the yaml file. Deleted the old file structure.

Added a script to have a openstack with odl bundle.
Crate files which will get used by CI to build and
deploy the OPNFV platform using JOID. Added script to deploy
master branch of openstack with Ubuntu with ODL.
deploy.sh will copy the appropriate deploy.sh ad deployopnfv.sh and
run the scripts.
