Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - Merge "xci: playbooks: Drop .gitignore file"
  - xci: playbooks: Drop .gitignore file

    There is probably no good reason anymore to be so strict with file
    inclusions in the roles directory so drop the .gitignore file.
