Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/pharos from branch 'master'
  - [IDF] arm-pod6: Adjust CPU pinning variables

    For non-dpdk scenarios we define as cpu config:
      0-7   for OS
      8-47  for nova

    For dpdk scenarios we define as cpu config:
      0-7   for OS
      8-11  for DPDK drivers and processes
      12-47 for nova
