Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge changes from topics 'delete_router', 'neutron_subnet_create', 'neutron_create'

    * changes:
      Replace neutron router deletion with shade.
      Replace neutron subnet creation with shade.
      Replace neutron network creation with shade.

  - Replace neutron router deletion with shade.

    Function delete_neutron_router now uses shade client instead of neutron
    client.
