  - Merge "Fix i40vf driver download URL"
  - Fix i40vf driver download URL

    Fix the download URL of i40vf driver introduced in
    15e122a770d6349c84801dd05891e21661cbad2c.

    In order to avoid the redirection, the URL should be:
      https://netix.dl.sourceforge.net/project/e1000/
      i40evf%20stable/{{ i40evf_version }}/{{ i40evf_gzfile }}
