Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Increase ram of XCI VM and change disk cache type for all VMs"
  - Increase ram of XCI VM and change disk cache type for all VMs

    These options seem to help with the functest execution
    within XCI VM.
