Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/fuel from branch 'master'
  - lib.sh: Fix `modprobe -f` on Ubuntu

    For some reason, `modprobe -f` for a clean nbd module (from vanilla
    Ubuntu) fails with exec format error randomly, while a simple
    `modprobe` works.
