Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Create RobotFramework class"
  - Create RobotFramework class

    It moves the capability to run any robot script from ODL TestCase
    into a new class: RobotFramework.

    It updates ODL TestCase and the related unit tests to inherit from
    the new parent class.
