Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Create host networking configuration"
  - Create host networking configuration

    Create host networking configuration based on the input
    configuration file. To define the networks using libvirt,
    a temporary XML file is generated for each network.
