Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Modify handling Ixia traffic profile parameters"
  - Modify handling Ixia traffic profile parameters

    Modified Ixia traffic profile class to handle all traffic parameters as
    optional.
