Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Improve OVS-DPDK boot process"
  - Improve OVS-DPDK boot process

    Check if hugepages are present in the system.
    Check if every command executed during the boot up process
    exits correctly.
