Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "KVMFORNFV: Implementing kvmfornfv daily jobs."
  - KVMFORNFV: Implementing kvmfornfv daily jobs.

    JIRA: RELENG-285

    This patch includes updated scripts for implementing kvmfornfv daily
    jobs to add the new test name livemigration and trigger the livemigration
    testcase
