Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/pharos from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Adding reclass sections to idf-pod1 file"
  - Adding reclass sections to idf-pod1 file

    reclass section is necessary to setup hugepages
    size to 2M per hugepage as the defaults are 1G
    which are not supported by thunderx. Plus adding
    ntp servers to unh-pod1
