Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Switch TestcaseBase to TestCase"
  - Switch TestcaseBase to TestCase

    It partially reverts "Rename TestCasesBase into TestcaseBase" [1] and
    removes the useless suffix too.
