Update git submodules

  - Merge "New functionality for snaps-oo application." into stable/fraser
  - New functionality for snaps-oo application.

    1. Utility for saving a dict to a YAML file
    2. Added new hook that will create a file with the VMs created
       with the associated OpenStack credentials
