Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/clover from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Write A-B configuration guide and align with SDC guide

    - Document A-B sample validation script
    - Remove redundant TOC in docs
    - Provide reference links in SDC guide
    - Additional edits to SDC guide
