Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "bugfix: fix the docker_cleanup path"
  - bugfix: fix the docker_cleanup path

    JIRA: RELENG-196
    JIRA: BOTTLENECK-148

    The path for calling docker_cleanup.sh is incorrect which causing
    building job fail. This patch is to fix the issue.
