Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Cleanup ProxDuration unit tests"
  - Cleanup ProxDuration unit tests

    Removed unneeded output, removed access to files, fixed indentation,
    bumped deprecated asserts, reduced time execution and fixed file header.
