Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Merge "Replace cinder get_volume_id with shade client." into stable/fraser
  - Replace cinder get_volume_id with shade client.

    Function get_volume_id now uses shade client.
