Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - armband-deploy: Cleanup obsolete POD renaming

    arm-pod4 and arm-pod3 are now both obsolete, so we no longer need
    the ad-hoc translation of the slave name in the deploy script.
