Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Update links to documentation in README.rst"
  - Update links to documentation in README.rst

    The links to the docs in README were pointing to Colorodo documentation.

    For master, this should not be pinned to a particular release, but
    should show the most recent docs at all times.
