Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Add traces to CI on fetch_os for compass"
  - Add traces to CI on fetch_os for compass

    Functest CI logs have been FAIL with compass but the CI logs are not
    explicit. Remove a redirection to /dev/null to get something more
    explicit
