Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vswitchperf from branch 'master'
  - Merge "conf/testcases: add new continuous tests"
  - conf/testcases: add new continuous tests

    Add new tests with continuous stream (multiple streams and VLAN) in
    order to measure the throughput of a vSwitch at the line rate.
