Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Fix refstack_defcore"
  - Fix refstack_defcore

    As refstack-client is reinstalled only by the shell setup_env, the path of
    .venv and .tempest have been changed.
