Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/dovetail from branch 'master'
  - Add testsuite cvp.0.8.0 for Beta tests

    1. Now there is a testsuite proposed_tests for beta tests which may
       cause some confusions.
    2. Copy all test cases to testsuite cvp.0.8.0 for beta testers to use.
    3. Update userguide with testsuite cvp.0.8.0
