Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - jjb: xci: Make sure all virtualbmc process are gone

    Daily jobs run on the actual slave so they leave virtualbmc processes
    running even when the job is finished. As such, we need to make sure
    that such artifacts are gone as soon as we start a new job.
