Removing NFV-KVM requirement for Brahmaputra

Different than originally planned, the nfv4kvm project
did not supply integration for all installers
participating in Genesis. As a consequence,
NFV-KVM cannot be supported as a common requirement
for Brahmaputra. It will be reconsidered for Release 3.
