Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Modify idf to be aligned with the rest of idfs"
  - Modify idf to be aligned with the rest of idfs

    Change our idf to be more aligned with lf's idf. Adapt
    dynamic_inventory.py to the change
