Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Install dependencies: bare-metal, standalone"
  - Install dependencies: bare-metal, standalone

    This will install all dependencies needed on the bare-metal and standalone
    physical nodes.
