Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Version changes for collectd, pmu-tools, intel_cmt_cat

      Bumping collectd version to include pmu plugin enablement,
      bounding pmu-tools and intel_cmt_cat to a commit-id
