Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/apex from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Disable introspection extras"
  - Disable introspection extras

    According to the documentation introspection extras attempts to collect
    more hardware info during inspection.  This is causing problems for some
    users and we do not need it for our deployments.
