Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'stable/gambia'
  - Add delay in Nova to solve dhcp issue

    JIRA: -

    VM starts before the openflow is created in
    br-int which cause first round dhcp request
    can't be sent to controller.
