Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "[Functest] Support functest-suite with Alpine containers"
  - [Functest] Support functest-suite with Alpine containers

    Updated all the jobs that use functest-suite.
    For single test cases, we need to know to which docker image
    the test belongs to.
