Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Update Barometer plugin - follow-up patch"
  - Update Barometer plugin - follow-up patch

    Modifies/updates the following:

    - Adds Hostname and enables all plugins in default_plugins
    - Adds rrdtool conf template
    - Adds a check to enable ExtraStats in virt conf
      only when rdt is not available.
