Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'stable/danube'
  - Merge "Up br-external after its creation" into stable/danube
  - Up br-external after its creation

    JIRA: -

    On a clean env run compass4nfv deploy script will cause the jumpserver
    network unreachable. This patch fix this issue.
