Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - xci: Remove intermediate scenarios tasks file

    Now that the scenario role is recorded as a local fact, we can
    include the role directly directly so we don't need the the
    intermediate file anymore.
