Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/barometer from branch 'master'
  - Merge "userguide: update barometer build and install"
  - userguide: update barometer build and install

    Update the userguide and the build scripts to only build on supported OSes and
    to check if collectd is already installed on the system.
