Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/kvmfornfv from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Increasing the cyclictest execution time."
  - Increasing the cyclictest execution time.

    This patch is used to increase the cyclictest test execution time
    as a part of kvmfornfv verify job.
