Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Dovetail Add huawei-pod7 to run Compass danube job"
  - Dovetail Add huawei-pod7 to run Compass danube job

    Compass will use huawei-pod7 to run all danube jobs.
    Dovetail add this pod.
