Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/dovetail from branch 'master'
  - Adding vEPC test case to Dovetail and proposed_tests suite

    Adding the vEPC test case to Dovetail. The test deploys a vEPC using
    Juju as VNF manager and performs application level tests.
