Update git submodules

  - Merge "Setup CI job for storage benchmarking on apex"
  - Setup CI job for storage benchmarking on apex

    The script "launch_containers_by_testsuites.sh" helps to
    launch containers according to TEST_SUITE. e.g. compute or
    storage.
