Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Bugfix: ha test case criteria pass when sla not pass"
  - Bugfix: ha test case criteria pass when sla not pass

    ha test cases didn't store moniter info and report
    fail when sla didn't pass
