Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "bugfix: pagination raise exception when no records returned"
  - bugfix: pagination raise exception when no records returned

    if no records returned, it will raise 'Request page > total_pages'
    error. this patch is submitted to fix this
