Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/daisy from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Add the unit test by pytest for get_conf.py"
  - Add the unit test by pytest for get_conf.py

    Add the unit test cases by pytest way for get_conf.py,
    other python files will be added unit test cases gradually
    in the future.
