Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/fuel from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Update the kvm4nfv git commit"
  - Update the kvm4nfv git commit

    Update the kvm4nfv git commit_id to latest kernel, so that it includes
    the patch for the bxn driver changes.
